By accessing or using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Site.

By accessing the Site, placing an order, or using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent, and you agree to comply with these Terms. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Custom clothing orders are made to your specifications. You are responsible for providing accurate measurements, design preferences, and other details. We are not liable for errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.

3.3 Pricing

All prices displayed on the Site are in Pound Sterling and exclude shipping & handling fees unless otherwise stated. VAT is included in all pricing, and we are not VAT Registered. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice, but the price of an item will be confirmed at the time of order placement.

3.4 Payment

Payments must be made through the payment methods offered on the Site. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method. All payments are processed securely, but we are not responsible for issues arising from third-party payment processors.

3.5 Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. This does not guarantee acceptance of your order but serves as acknowledgment of receipt. We may contact you if additional information is needed to process your order.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1 Shipping

We ship to the United Kingdom and Internationally. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout or on the placement of your order. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs delays or carrier issues.

4.2 Risk of Loss

The risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage during transit.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 Return Policy

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final unless the product is defective or does not match the agreed-upon specifications. If you believe your order qualifies for a return, you must contact us within 28 days of purchasing the product.

5.2 Defective or Incorrect Items

If a product is defective or does not conform to the agreed specifications, please contact us in writing at customerservice@raceapparelteamwear.co.uk with details and photos of the issue. We will review your request and, if approved, provide instructions for returning the item. We may offer a replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion.

5.3 Non-Returnable Items

Customized products, including those made to your specifications, are non-returnable unless defective. Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or failure to follow care instructions are not eligible for return.

5.4 Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Ownership

All content on the Site, including designs, logos, text, images, and software, is owned by or licensed to RACE Apparel & Teamwear LTD and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 User-Submitted Designs

By submitting designs, images, or other content for custom clothing, you represent that you own or have the necessary rights to use and authorise us to use such content. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and modify your submitted content solely to fulfill your order.

6.3 Restrictions

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written consent.

7. Product Care and Usage

Our products come with care instructions, which include washing all printed garments only at 30 degrees Celsius inside our, and to not scrunch or bunch up clothing or apply solvents/bleach to print. Failure to follow these instructions may result in damage to the product, for which we are not liable. We are not responsible for normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or care.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Race Apparel & Teamwear LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of our products, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product or service in question.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and our products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
